This document outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns 📅
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable Items 🚫
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons:
Customized or personalized caps.
Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
4. Exchange Process 🔄
If you have received an item that does not fit (Size Issue), we offer a one-time exchange. You must notify us via WhatsApp or Email. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size to you. Please note that availability depends on current stock.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods ⚠️
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will require photos or a video of the defect. In such cases, Mehmood Cap House will bear all shipping costs for the replacement.
6. Refund Method & Timeline 💸
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via:
Bank Transfer: Within 5-7 working days.
EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Within 3-5 working days.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns 🚚
Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
